Multiple Certifications
If a nurse wishes to apply for certification in both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, the candidate must pay the application fee for each type of examination for which he/she wishes to sit. Payment of the application fee must accompany the completed application. The $55 annual certification fee must be paid for each certification.
